Shipping and Payment
Delivery Conditions
Upon receipt of the order, we will promptly send an order confirmation/proforma invoice with an order number via email to the customer's provided email address.
Payment of the purchase price is to be made in advance (by bank transfer) or by credit card. If the customer is ordering from Austria, payment on delivery (cash-on-delivery) is also possible.
Shipping Partners
We primarily use DPD and the Austrian Post AG, along with their European and international partners, to deliver goods from our warehouse in Linz, Austria. Delivery can also be arranged on Saturdays.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs will be automatically calculated and invoiced based on the order amount. If we ship the order in multiple parts, we will only charge the shipping cost proportionally once.

Approsimate Shipping Time
Shipping to Austria (AT) 1-2 days, cash-on-delivery is possible.
Shipping to Germany (DE) 2-4 days, cash-on-delivery is not available.
Deliveries are handled by DPD or Deutsche Post, including Saturdays.
Shipping to other EU countries* 3-5 days, cash-on-delivery is not available.

Please contact us, and we will provide you with the shipping costs for the desired country via email.
Switzerland (CH) prices are exclusive of VAT. Delivery is carried out by a partner of the Austrian Post. Any customs duties and Swiss VAT are to be paid by the customer (collected by the courier).
You can also purchase our candles through the service provider meineinkauf.ch, which incurs significantly lower transport costs.

Payment Options and Costs
Credit card payment (Mastercard, VISA, Maestro, GooglePay, ApplePay) - free of charge.
The order is processed through an annually verified SSL-secured connection.

Cash-on-delivery: Available for shipments to Austria.
Please provide your phone number so the courier can contact you in case of delivery issues. Cash-on-delivery shipping is handled by Austrian Post AG.
Taxes
Within the EU, value-added tax (VAT) applies. Outside the EU, delivery is tax-free without Austrian VAT.
Any customs duties and local sales tax are levied by the respective country (usually by the customs authorities) and are to be paid by the customer.
Returns
You can facilitate the processing of returns by contacting us via email and providing the order number. We are always striving to improve our quality and service, and your feedback on the reason for the return is valuable to us.
Similarly, when making a return, please use the original packaging, include a copy of the delivery note, and mark it as "WEBSHOP WIDERRUF" (webshop return).
